At Red Lizard, our philosophy is pretty straight forward and simple, we love Mexican food and we have dedicated ourselves to bringing you traditional flavors by paying homage to the Mexican food that has been served for generations. We use that tradition as inspiration to showcase flavors from different regions of Mexico as well as the taco culture of southern California and deep Texas.

Our food is made fresh every day and we carefully purchase our ingredients from local, organic and sustainable sources. We hand roll our tortillas with no preservatives and prepare them with care using imported non-gmo Mexican masa and stoneground unbleached wheat flour. We hope you enjoy them as much as we do!
